How do I order?
There are 2 ways to order through us, online ot through the post.
1) Online - simply click the 'order' or 'Buy' buttons or links under the card of your choice, then follow
the easy instructions through the cart to the checkout.
2) Print the order forms (available at the bottom of this page) and send together with payment to the
PO Box address on the form.
Once I receive your order I will email you with a confirmation
of your order and any details you require.

How can I pay?
Payment methods accepted are-
~ Personal Cheque ~
~ Postal Order ~
~ Nochex ~
~ Paypal ~
You can use your credit card or debit cards through Paypal and Nochex
paying through their secure servers, just by clicking on their logo buttons
on the order forms. If you would prefer to receive an invoice through them first,
then please send me your order and request this in the comments box.
Goods are sent out once payment has been received.
Please note there will be a 5% charge for paying by Paypal.

Is there a minimum order?
For UK orders no, you can order 1 card or 20!
For orders outside of the UK there is a minmum order of 5 cards or bracelets.

What are the post and packaging charges?
For UK orders, the postage charges are set out below, you can order any combination of cards, goodies and jewellery.
~ up to 3 cards = £1.25 ~
~ 4 to 10 cards = £2.00 ~
~ 11 to 20 cards = £2.75 ~
21 cards and over = £5.50 ~
This is for first class signed for delivery within the UK in cardboard backed envelopes.
For shipping costs overseas please email me.

Can you make a card or bracelet to order?
I would be happy to. Email me letting me know what it is you have in mind, and I will
get back to you with some ideas.

I live in Canada/France/Transylvania, can I order from you?
Yes we can ship worldwide. Please bear in mind that shipping costs will be higher
when sending goods abroad. For costs please email me.
My only condition is that payment is made in British Pounds,
if you pay by Paypal the money will be converted automatically.
