How do I order?

Last dates for placing an order with us are below. Any questions please ask.

Orders outside of the UK - Weds 9th Dec,
despatch will be by Friday 11th Dec.
Orders within the UK - Tues 15th Dec,
despatch will be by Thursday 17th Dec.

There are 2 ways to order through us, online or through the post.
1) Online - simply click the 'order' or 'Buy' buttons or links under the card of your choice, then follow the easy instructions through the cart to the checkout.
2) Print the order forms (available at the bottom of this page) and send together with payment to the PO Box address on the form. Once I receive your order I will email you with a confirmation of your order and any details you require.

How can I pay?
Payment methods accepted are-

You can use your credit card or debit cards through Paypal and Nochex paying through their secure servers, just by clicking on their logo buttons on the order forms. If you would prefer to receive an invoice through them first, then please send me your order and request this in the comments box. Goods are sent out once payment has been received.

Is there a minimum order?
For UK orders no, you can order 1 card or 200!
For orders outside of the UK there is a minmum order of 5 cards.

What are the post and packaging charges?

For UK orders, the postage charges are set out below, you can order any combination of cards, wraps and tags.
~ up to 3 cards = £1.25 ~
~ 4 to 7 cards = £1.75 ~
~ 8 to 12 cards = £2.95 ~
~ 13 to 19 cards = £4.75 ~
~ 20 to 30 cards = £5.50 ~
~ 31 cards and over = £6.95 ~
All orders are sent out using Royal Mail first class service. Orders of up to 3 items are sent by normal post, orders of 4 or more items are sent out recorded delivery which requires a signature upon receipt. Orders of 13 or more items are often sent Special Delivery. All cards are sent out in board backed envelopes for protection, any orders of gift wrap will be sent out in mailing bags with a cardboard insert to stop them being bent.

Can you make a card to order? Or add an insert
I would be happy to. Email me letting me know what it is you have in mind, and I will get back to you with some ideas.

I live in Canada/France/Transylvania, can I order from you?
Yes we can ship worldwide. Please bear in mind that shipping costs will be higher when sending goods abroad. For costs please email me. My only condition is that payment is made in British Pounds, if you pay by Paypal the money will be converted automatically. If you would like to know what the shipping costs wil be for sending an order abroad, simply add the required amount of cards into the cart and select your residential country, the shipping will show in the right hand column.
