Shipping & Returns

Packaging
1. Each card is sealed in a clear poly bag for protection. All cards are sent out in cardboard backed envelopes to prevent them from being bent and damaged. Wrapping paper is sent out in a clear poly folder for protection, and then sealed in an A4 envelope.
2. Lilactwist Designs is committed to recycling and using green products wherever possible. So occassionaly goods will be sent in an envelope that has been used before.

UK Shipping
1.Shipping is usually by Royal Mail first class service. All orders over £5.00 will be sent via first class signed for delivery, which makes the packet trackable and insured for up to £32.00.
2. Wholesale orders and orders of 30+ cards are sent out by Special Delivery.
3. All receipts are kept for all orders, so if you encounter any problems, please do not hesistate to contact us.

Shipping outside the UK

Please contact us for prices of shipping abroad.


Returns
1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, the costs of shipping and any payment fees will also be deducted from the refund. The refund amount will be for the actual goods themselves only, no postage charges will be refunded..
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the cost of the goods or an exchange or credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

1. in the event that the product has been used.
2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
